Terms and Conditions

Contact us to sign-up for a class. Once we determine a date and time, I’ll send you an email with sign-up directions (will need each person’s email in your group).  rob@salmonbaypaddle.com

Terms:

Full payment required upon receipt of receiving our Sign-up Email NotificationWe can’t hold unpaid spots.

Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel any class at any time, and will do so when there are safety concerns such as wind. In the event of a cancellation by Salmon Bay Paddle, the class will be rebooked or a full refund will be issued. Salmon Bay Paddle does not cancel classes due to rain.

Single-Day Classes

  1. Cancellations made less than 72 hours from class start time are not refundable.
  2. Cancellations made more than 72 hours from class start time may be rescheduled or are refundable at 100% (credit card processing fees apply).
  3. You’re only allowed one schedule change at no charge. 
  4. Adding additional hours or days will occur a fee

Multi-Day Classes

  1. Cancellations made less than 7 days from class start date are not refundable.
  2. Cancellations made more than 7 days from class start date may be rescheduled or are refundable at 100% (credit card processing fees apply).
  3. You’re only allowed one schedule change at no charge.
  4. Adding additional hours or days will occur a fee

Back-up Sign-up ‘ONLY’ if you if we ask you to use it…

  1. Pay to secure your reservation online here. Please list your Class Title and Date. Pay Here »
  2. After you pay, Please fill out my Student Information Form and submit before class to ensure you have the right size board, wetsuit and other gear for your class.
  3. Visit my What to Bring to Class and Directions to Class / Tour Locations pages.
  4. Sign a Liability Form/Waiver at Class Location.
