Stand Up Paddle Board Classes

Personable 1-1 and small group SUP classes which allow you to learn at your own pace with a strong focus on safety. Salmon Bay is a mobile business, we’ll meet you at the beach!

WHERE TO START?  Beginners should start with Sup Basics 1 then progress to SUP Basics 2 prior to signing up for SUP surfing, Deception Pass or a Surf Camp.  

All classes are Private except for Surf Camps and Deception Pass.


Beginning – No or limited experience.

Intermediate – Standing up you can paddle over waves and boat wakes, can fall and get back on, paddle straight and turn easily

Advanced – You can comfortably SUP surf, downwind, paddle rivers and/or open water or swift current in any conditions.
