Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any class at any time and will do so for safety concerns such as high wind. In the event of a cancellation by Salmon Bay Paddle, the class will be rescheduled, or a 100% refund will be issued. We do not cancel classes due to rain.

A class canceled by the student:

• less than 24 hours from class start time may be rescheduled, but it is NOT refundable
• between 24 – 72 hours before class start time is refundable at 50% 
• at least 72 hours from class start time may be refunded at 100%

A class may be rescheduled by the student:

• one time at no charge, and must be requested at least 24 hours before class start time
• additional times for a fee of $50, and must be requested at least 24 hours before class start time

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers expire a year from receipt.
